How much does virtual staging cost?

AI do-it-yourself staging starts at $3 per image through pre-paid credit packs, where 1 credit equals 5 generations. Human-designed manual staging is $14.99 per image, billed in USD or EUR depending on your country.

How fast is the turnaround?

AI virtual staging is delivered in seconds after you upload a photo. Manual staging is produced by our design team and returned with 1 revision.

What is the difference between AI and manual virtual staging?

AI staging is instant and self-service: you upload a photo, choose a room and style, and get a staged result in seconds. Manual staging is done by our human design team for a hand-finished look, ideal when you want us to do the work for you.

Can you stage both interior and exterior photos?

Yes. Immobilixia works on interior rooms and exterior spaces such as patios, decks, gardens, terraces, and poolside areas.

Is decluttering included?

Yes. A free declutter of the room is included, so we can remove existing clutter or old furniture before staging the space.

How many revisions do I get?

Every AI upload includes 5 revisions per credit. Manual staging orders include 1 revision.

What rooms can you stage?

We stage living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, home offices, dining rooms, nurseries, home gyms, balconies, patios, gardens, and many more interior and exterior spaces.

What furniture styles are available?

You can choose from a range of interior styles including Modern, Scandinavian, Luxury, and Minimalist, matched to your target buyer.

Do you offer refunds?

AI do-it-yourself credits are non-refundable because results are generated instantly. Manual staging orders may be eligible for a refund under our refund policy, mainly before work begins or if an order is not delivered.

Can I use the staged images on MLS, Zillow, or social media?

Yes. The staged images are yours to use in your listings and marketing, including MLS, portals, and social media. Remember to disclose that they are virtually staged where required.
